Your appointment will take about 15 to 30 minutes, during which we’ll provide a rough estimate of repair costs, the expected duration your vehicle will be with us, and a date for drop-off. Keep in mind that while this will give you a good starting point, there might be some additional hidden damage discovered once we start disassembling your vehicle.
