FAQ

We will work with our clients on seeing if their insurance policies have rental vehicle coverage, however, if in a bind, we have a small fleet of loaner vehicles to help out until we get the rental car situation worked out.
If there are any lingering or future issues directly related to our repairs on a client’s vehicle we warranty our work for a lifetime.
The duration of a collision appraisal typically depends on the extent of the damage and the complexity of the assessment. On average, a comprehensive appraisal can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. During this time, our skilled technicians will carefully inspect your vehicle to evaluate the full extent of the damage and identify any underlying issues. Appraisals are free, but we do request you make an appointment online or over the phone.
The duration of repairs depends on the extent of the damage and the availability of parts. Minor repairs might take a few days, while extensive damage could require several weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline after assessing the damage and keep you informed while the repair process is being completed
Insurance coverage depends on your policy and the nature of the damage. We can assist with insurance claims and work directly with your insurance company (all insurance companies) to ensure a smooth process. It’s important to review your policy and consult with your insurance provider for specific details as some companies are un-willing to pay our rate, want to use aftermarket parts or do not cover rental cars. In these cases it may be the clients responsibility to cover the difference between the cost.
While getting multiple estimates is a common practice, we are confident in our transparent and competitive pricing. If required by your insurance company, we can provide a detailed estimate for your review, but it is always the client’s choice on where they want to have their repair performed
If there’s a discrepancy between our estimate and your insurance company’s assessment, we can work with the insurance adjuster to resolve any differences and ensure that you receive the necessary repairs. Our relationship is with the client, not the insurance company.
We use high-quality parts to ensure the best results for your vehicle. We will use original manufacturer parts whenever possible, but sometimes aftermarket parts may be used based on availability, customer request or whether or not it is on the customer’s insurance policy
